As CBERNET Bilgi Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (“CBERNET” or “Company”), we attach great importance to the security of your personal data. Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data as the data controller.

Your personal data collected within the scope of KVKK and related legislation:
- Authorized public institutions and organizations
- Contracted service providers (e.g. hosting, IT support)
- To our business partners
- Within the framework of legal obligations,
can be transferred to our consultants such as lawyers and financial advisors.
6) Rights of the Relevant Person
Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Requesting information if processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed
- Request deletion or destruction in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK
- Request notification of the above requests to third parties to whom it is transferred
- Object to the occurrence of an unfavorable result by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
- In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, to demand compensation for the damage
7) Application Method
You can submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the following methods within the scope of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:
- In writing, with a wet signed petition
- With secure electronic signature or mobile signature
- Via email address

Your requests will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) business days at the latest, depending on their nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the PDP Board may be charged.
